Meet Elizabeth Pena

I’m a lifelong Long Island resident, and I don’t just work here—I’m rooted here. This is the community I know, the place I’ve called home my entire life, and where I’m proudly raising my three boys.

As a proud Brentwood High School graduate and a professional of Colombian descent, I bring a unique perspective, strong cultural connection, and genuine understanding of the diverse communities I serve. I believe that truly knowing a community means more than knowing its neighborhoods, it means understanding the people, the lifestyle, and what makes a place feel like home.

Before entering real estate, I spent more than 15 years building a career in healthcare. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and later my Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and Operations. My years in healthcare taught me the values that continue to guide me today: attention to detail, accountability, compassion, communication, and, most importantly, putting people first.

Now, I’m excited to bring those same values into real estate.
