Eric Bedard

Originally from Rhode Island, Eric first visited Florida in December of 1991.  He immediately fell in love with the weather and the beauty of south Florida and made it his goal to move to the sunshine state.  In 1996 his dream and goal of living in the sunshine state was accomplished.   Whether you are looking to sell your home, purchase a home, join the community part-time with a seasonal or dream vacation home, or investing in our beautiful state he would love the opportunity to assist you or someone you may know accomplish their goal or dream by offering honest guidance and nearly 25 years of local community knowledge.

Eric began his career in hospitality, and, has over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including 17 years with the Ritz Carlton hotel company.  This experience has provided him with sales and time management skills, as well as extensive experience and skills for interacting with a variety of people.  Today, he brings this knowledge and experience to his role in real estate.
