About Eric
If You're looking for an agent who answers the phone, tells you the truth, and knows how to get deals closed—not a “used car salesman” type—Eric Parsons is the one you call.
A Clay County native born and raised in Orange Park, Florida, Eric knows Northeast Florida real estate inside and out. He specializes in helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership and helping homeowners successfully list and sell their properties, while also bringing extensive experience with investment properties, including flips, foreclosures, tax deeds, and wholesale opportunities.
Eric’s production places him among the top agents in the region. He is the #1 agent in the state of Florida across all EXIT Realty offices for closed transactions and ranked #13 in the nation among all EXIT franchised agents. In 2025 alone, Eric closed over $25 million in real estate, placing him in the top 1% of producing agents in North Florida out of more than 12,000 Realtors®.
Because of his deep knowledge of the local market and strong negotiation skills, Eric consistently helps sellers price their homes correctly, attract serious buyers, and close deals smoothly.
Eric lists and sells homes across Northeast Florida—from Yulee to Palm Coast and everywhere in between. While most of his business is in Clay and Duval Counties, he regularly works with buyers and sellers in Clay, Duval, Nassau, Bradford, Baker, Putnam, St. Johns, and Flagler Counties.
What truly sets Eric apart is his accessibility and honesty. When you call or text, Eric answers the phone. Real estate doesn’t run on a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither does he. Eric is available seven days a week, day or night, because he understands that timing matters in real estate.
Eric prides himself on being straightforward and honest with every client. No pressure. No sales gimmicks—just real advice and hard work to help you achieve your goals.
His mission is simple: make the process smooth, protect your interests, and help you buy or sell a home with confidence while turning your real estate goals into reality.
Ready to make a move? Eric is one call away.

What clients say
“Eric is awesome and really knows the market. He sold a home to my son when he was transferring to the area, without my son and his wife seeing it. He sent pictures and videos that enabled them to make a purchase. I had the opportunity to meet him 2 years later and he showed me a condo. I was very impressed with his knowledge and though I didn't buy anything that trip, he helped me find a house the next year. He was very patient with me and didn't tire of my inquiries, or if he did, he didn't let on. He is very honest and trustworthy, which I appreciate. He is now listing a property for my son. Our family highly recommends working with Eric.”
