Felicia Desatnik

I am a native born Floridian that was raised in Westchester County, New York. While living in New York, I worked with Special Education students from elementary to high school level. Working with students required me to pay precise attention to details and it required uncompromising dedication. During my summers off of work, my family enjoyed vacationing in various Florida locations. With the beautiful beaches and perfect weather year round, we knew the Gulf Coast was for us!

My children left NY and headed to college in the sunshine state, The University of Tampa. My husband and I decided it was time for us to relocate ourselves and called Sarasota home in 2015. When I'm not working, you can usually find me with my toes in the sand on one of our beautiful powder soft beaches!

I love looking at houses and I like helping people. I can see the potential of a house through its framework, and I like to help others see it too. I enjoy seeing people envision their entire future in a home that they like.

Having personally invested in Real Estate for over 36 years, both new construction and resale, I am delighted to share the knowledge I have obtained through personal experience with my clients.
