Upon relocating to Punta Gorda, Florida in April 2023, I made the decision to elevate my real estate career and successfully obtained my Florida Real Estate Broker license in January 2024. Having been a licensed REALTOR® in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2009, I have diligently stayed abreast of the constantly evolving real estate landscape. I am eager to bring my extensive knowledge and experience to Florida.

My approach is characterized by enthusiasm and a comprehensive understanding of current information, enabling successful and enjoyable home buying, and selling experiences. I dedicate my time and energy to finding the perfect home for each buyer and facilitating an ideal, seamless transaction for each seller.

The "secret recipe" to my success lies in my unwavering commitment to the unique needs of every buyer and seller. By conducting thorough research on each property, I ensure a win-win situation for both parties. Moreover, I adopt a low-key and zero-pressure approach, earning praise from former clients for my honesty and transparency.

In addition to my real estate experience, I served as an executive in the Federal Government in Washington, DC, for a remarkable period of 38 years.  I currently reside and an am active member of the Deep Creek community in Punta Gorda, FL, and volunteer with Charlotte County Meals on Wheels and the Port Charlotte Animal Welfare League. 

I take immense pride in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships. Many former clients and colleagues have become cherished friends.  I joined EXIT on April 1, 2024, and am excited to serve as an Associate Broker with EXIT Gulf Coast Realty in Punta Gorda, Florida.
