George Farmand, REALTOR® with EXIT 1 Stop Realty, is a Jacksonville native with a deep appreciation for the Northeast Florida community. After graduating from Bishop Kenny High School, he attended the University of Florida.

George began his real estate career working with real estate investors, where he gained more than three years of hands-on experience and successfully closed over 60 transactions. That experience gave him valuable insight into identifying opportunities, negotiating effectively, and helping clients make smart real estate decisions.
