A little about me:

I bought my first property in 1977 and have been investing in real estate for 49 years.  I've been a landlord for 40 years.

I'm a licensed Master Electrician and owned an electrical contracting business for 42 years.  I sold it in 2016 and moved to Spokane in 2017.

I earned my real estate license in 2019 and now buy and sell real estate full time.

I have extensive knowledge of home construction and finished building my forever country home in 2025.

I founded the trade organization "Spokane Subcontractors Association" in March of 2026.  Having access to subcontractors allows me to network, refer and consult with contractors on behalf of my client's home repair/construction needs.   

I serve most property types including single family, city lots, farmland, waterfront, multi family, new and rehab construction
