The process of buying and selling a home is the biggest investment in most people’s lives.  It’s my passion to make that process easier.  My name is Hadass Negi and I work with clients in the Black Hills, South Dakota area including Rapid City, Box Elder, Piedmont, Sturgis, Spearfish, Deadwood, Custer, Hot Springs, and everywhere in between.

My Experience

I am a REALTOR® and Managing Broker with EXIT Realty Black Hills.  I earned my real estate license in 2020 and became a Broker in 2022.  I have had the incredible privilege of helping dozens of clients in South Dakota since.

I started my experience in the real estate industry in 2015 as an administrative assistant and have continued learning to advance my career.  I now proudly lead a group of awesome REALTORS®.  

In my time, I have earned 6 certifications and designations.  I have been honored to receive the Rising Star (‘22) and 4 Under 40 (‘24) award through the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire.  I have also earned Top Sales Associate for Sioux Falls in years 2021, 2022 and 2023 as well as Million Dollar Club for 2021, 2022 and 2023 awards through EXIT Realty - Great Plains.

A Little Bit About Hadass Negi

I was born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota and grew up in the Stillwater School district.  In 2016, I married my husband and we lived in St. Paul, MN until moving to Sioux Falls in 2018 where my career with EXIT Realty began.  We now live in Rapid City, SD with our two cats and dog.  We spend most of our free time exploring the Hills, we love tent camping, hiking, fishing and hunting.
