My name is Heather Henry, I specialize in guiding buyers and sellers with their home sales and purchases. My areas of focus are Centennial, South Aurora and Parker, Colorado. However, I do help buyers and sellers throughout the entire Denver Metro Area, plus Colorado Springs. I enjoy working with a vast array of clients and their needs, including: listings, first time buyers, new construction, relocations, military personnel, downsizing, upsizing, foreclosures and luxury homes.
As a Certified Negotiation Expert, I help my clients get the best deal possible. In 2018, the average Denver Metro Area listing sold for 98.52% of their original listing price. Our team helped our clients get an average of 106.16% of their original listing price. On a $400,000 home, that 7.64% is a $30,560 difference! Every listing and buyer is different, which is why we work closely with our clients to create the best strategy, to reach their desired results.
I am honored to have received the 5280 Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award, for 8 years running (2011-2018). The award is based upon client satisfaction and results ratings from closed clients. Less than 1% of Denver's Real Estate Agents have received the award for as many years. I am also a top regional producer for EXIT Realty.
