Heidi Brown

Born and raised in Lexington County, Heidi knows the region’s homes, schools, and neighborhoods! Specializing in residential sales and land properties, Heidi serves sellers and buyers throughout the midlands of Columbia, South Carolina and surrounding areas. 

Her main focus, always, is on satisfying her clients as they engage in the process of buying or selling properties. Whether Heidi is selling or purchasing a first, second, or third residence with her clients, she is attuned to their lifestyle needs and preferences for the specific transaction. She understands how to simplify the challenges her clients may encounter by having her resources at hand, assisting them with her knowledge and expertise. Heidi’s ability to quickly understand her client’s needs has contributed immeasurably to her success and is one of many reasons that over the years, she has completed multiple deals with many of the same clients. Heidi combines knowledge, diligence and tenacity with fun and makes the process of selling or buying real estate a smooth transition.

Heidi is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S degree in Public Relations and minor in Business. Honored for her sales achievements, Heidi has consistently distinguished herself as knowledgeable, hardworking, and a tireless representative for her clients. Heidi resides with her husband, Scott and two daughters Claire and Madelyn in Lexington.
