Hermann Kabore

From an early age, Hermann developed passion for business and music. At the age of 17, he helped sell and rent motorcycles at his family- owned business in the West African country of Burkina Faso. Combining business, education, and passion, Hermann created with three of his friends the rap group 2Kas whose 2003 first album was a hit in the country and set the stage for multiple performances. He graduated with a Master's degree in Foreign Literature and Civilization from the University of Ouagadougou in 2003 and started to teach English to High School students. Motivated by his ambitions, Hermann came to the New York to sharpen his skills in 2006. He first started working as a cook in a soul food restaurant called Manna's Restaurant in Harlem, where his unshakable commitment to the job and his remarkable customer service skills got him promoted to a managerial position. Hermann's drive led him to look for more opportunities to venture out and grow his own business in New York. He decided to get into the real estate business, which led him to join Feeder Real Estate in the summer of 2012. Mostly solicited in the Bronx where he resides, he decided to join a Bronx- based firm, Two One Two Realty in 2014. In 2016, Hermann's desire to concentrate in sales brought him to Exit Realty. His experiences in the music industry and business provide him with a wealth of communication and customer services skills that is supported by his creativity. Hermann's interaction with people of diverse backgrounds and his acute business sense make him the optimal real estate professional.
