Holly Diaz

Holly Diaz has been an elementary teacher for 29 years in our local area. She is now taking her skills from in the classroom out into the community to help others with their real estate needs. She is a Volusia County native and cares a great deal about our growing area.

With a passion for service to New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, and Port Orange, Holly is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Exit Real Estate family, Holly shares the values of hard work, trustworthiness, and commitment to her clients, just as she has done with her students and families for the past 25 years.

When Holly isn't teaching or assisting clients find their dream home, she enjoys gardening, thrifting, and visiting local restaurants. Holly resides in Port Orange with her family of 5.
