Ian is a proud member of the Exit Realty Group Ltd., serving clients throughout Prince Edward County and the Quinte real estate region.

With a strong focus on residential real estate, Ian brings extensive experience in residential, commercial, and investment properties gained from working in the Greater Toronto and Vancouver markets. His broad industry background allows him to provide thoughtful guidance and informed advice to buyers and sellers alike.

Ian first became a licensed real estate broker in Toronto in 1985 and later in Vancouver in 2003, pursuing a lifelong passion for real estate. He believes that helping people buy and sell homes is both a privilege and a responsibility, and he takes great pride in supporting clients through every step of the process to achieve successful outcomes.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Ian has built a diverse professional background in business, education, and management through roles with service-oriented organizations such as IBM Canada Ltd. and several Canadian universities. He is a Professional Engineer (Industrial) from the University of Toronto and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

Now part of the vibrant Prince Edward County community, Ian is enthusiastic about exploring everything the region has to offer. In his free time he enjoys fishing, flying, photography, playing music, cycling, cooking, travel, and technology.
