Jacob Gunderson

Born in La Cross WI, raised in South Beloit IL, and went to South Beloit Schools most of my childhood. Most people see real estate agents as just salesmen and for good reason. We are a few jobs away from being the least trusted professions, beaten only by car salesmen and lawyers. I try to change that view with every client I have. By not being overbearing and not trying to impress with facts and figures that might cloud future judgements with too much information, I do my best to be as open, honest and loyal to not only my clients but with other agents too. It doesn't feel great knowing that I've hurt people in the process of my duties, so I try to make deals that are fair and work with the other agents to come to agreements everyone can be happy with. If you don't want to be railroaded into a bad deal don't force others into them, The Golden Rule. I have a great group of friends that do stupid stuff when we are together and we are always looking to add to it. I enjoy a few things in life; Bowling, working on my Jeep, Video games, Road trips, Walks in the dark. I have a wife, two kids, and a dog, that I love and love having around. For now we've settled in Loves Park IL and enjoy the quiet little area, when its quiet!
