Jacob Kocis, IV

I’m a Central Kentucky real estate agent who believes real estate is about more than buying and selling. It’s about people, relationships, and the places where life happens. Faith and family are at the center of my life, and as a husband and one of eight children, I understand how important a good home can be. I still remember the real estate agent who helped my family find our home growing up, and I hope to have that same impact on the families I serve. My goal is to serve with honesty, integrity, and genuine care while becoming a meaningful part of your story.

Much of what has shaped me comes from my experiences as an athlete, coach, and leader. I was a two-time college All-American distance runner at Midway University and have continued competing as a marathoner, including winning the 2025 KDF Marathon and the 2026 Cleveland Marathon. As a USATF Level 1 and RRCA-certified coach and Store Manager at Fleet Feet Lexington, I work with runners each year to help them reach their goals. These experiences have taught me the value of discipline, listening, and building trust. Qualities that I bring to every real estate relationship. I hold undergraduate degrees in Sport Management and Business Administration from Midway University, along with an MBA in Sport Management.
