Jacob Kocis, IV

I’m a Central Kentucky real estate agent who believes real estate is about more than buying and selling. It’s about people, relationships, and the places where life happens. Faith and family are at the center of my life. As a husband and one of eight children, I understand how meaningful a home can be. I still remember the agent who helped my family find our home growing up, and I hope to have that same kind of impact on the families I serve.

Much of who I am has been shaped by being an athlete, coach, and leader. I was a two-time college All-American runner at Midway University, where I studied Sport Management and Business Administration before earning my MBA in Sport Management. Today, I continue to coach and compete in marathons while serving as Store Manager at Fleet Feet Lexington. Those experiences have taught me the importance of discipline, listening, and earning trust. Qualities that I bring to every client relationship.
