Hello my name is Janet Bednarek, I am a Real Estate Broker in the Chicago land area, and I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in Downers Grove, Woodridge, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva and St. Charles IL, also referred to as the Fox Valley Area.
I work for EXIT Real Estate Partners. I own and manage an investment property in Geneva and have been helping families find homes for 33 years. About Janet Bednarek
I reside in St. Charles IL. I am married to Allen 42 years and have raised Christopher, Daniel and Caitlyn. I have 2 grandsons Parker 15 months, Hudson 6 months, I enjoy taking my rescue dogs Jolene and Pebbles, and rescue grandpups Fiona and Forrest to the dog park, and Maya and Callie for walks around their neighborhood when I can. I enjoy remodeling projects with my husband. I was very involved with my children's hobbies, team mom for the Tri-city Youth Football League; I have run for Charity with Susan G Komen, Relay for Life, Fox Valley Half Marathon twice running, and twice as a volunteer, Chicago Marathon 2012. I walk 3 miles a day outdoors most every day, weather permitting.I enjoy road trips to see our wonderful states, often visiting Missouri and bi annual trips to Charleston, South Carolina to visit my daughter and first grandson Parker. I love to watch Hockey and served 5 years on the St Charles High School Hockey Board as Secretary and Registrar.
