Born and raised in Iowa and living 47 years in Le Mars, Iowa, I became a Broker/Owner of Jan Wagner Real Estate in 2006. I rented an office on Central Avenue in Le Mars and have been going ever since! Now I am happy to report I am an agent with EXIT Realty Midwest. What a Wonderful Company EXIT is! They are allowing me to earn residuals in my retirement years!

I have the following designations: Broker of Record, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), REALTOR, CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).

Believing that one must give back to the business as well as the community, I have served on the United Way Board, as KIWANIS President, Le Mars Planning & Zoning Committee, Good Samaritan Committee and Willow Creek Assisted Living Committee. Also, our EXIT office has a cereal drive yearly. We park our EXIT Smart Car at grocery store and ask that everyone buy 1 box of cereal to place in the EXIT Smart Car. We have filled it up the last two years. All the cereal goes to the Le Mars Back Pack Program to help feed children in Le Mars, IA.
