PERSONAL BIO

I was raised in Laredo and have personally seen this once sleepy town bloom to become the busiest in-land port in the US-Mexico border.  With this growth I have seen amazing changes that have occurred over the years in infrastructure. With the boom in transportation, import and export I have also seen the same effect in housing and industry.

I was blessed to have worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 32 years of which the last 19 years I worked as a Surface Landman for Webb and Zapata Counties. I truly enjoyed my job and along the way I met many wonderful people. Coming from a Surface Landman background to Real Estate is a natural fit for me, since I understand land and negotiation.  I truly enjoy meeting new people and assisting them in finding that gem they're searching for. Whether that is a home, business or a slice of Texas I enjoy the challenge in finding that gem.

At Exit Realty I work with a very well rounded team that has a wealth of experience in housing, commercial or land and I can count on them for support should the need arise. We are constantly doing Continuing Education courses to improve our knowledge and hone our skills among all these training I have achieved the designation of Graduate Real Estate Institute "GRI" as well as At Home With Diversity "ATHWD". I am also fluent in both English and Spanish and can work easily in either language.

With my previous experience as a Surface Landman as well as ranching I am very comfortable out in the south Texas brush and have no problem showing or listing ranches.  Should you need any help buying or selling property in South Texas give me an opportunity to find that dream you are chasing.
