Before entering real estate, Jeff spent nearly two decades in direct sales management and with several startup software companies specializing in manufacturing, product design, and supply chain management technology. That background helped shape his strategic mindset, business acumen, and technology-forward approach to real estate marketing and client services.

In 2001, encouraged by his entrepreneurial-minded father-in-law, Jeff purchased an EXIT Realty franchise and earned his Massachusetts real estate license during the same week. From that vision, EXIT Assurance Realty was established in Groton, Massachusetts.

Today, Jeff and his brokerage have helped thousands of individuals and families buy, sell, lease, and invest in residential and commercial real estate while helping clients securely transition into the next chapter of their lives.
