Jeffrey Vasilatos

Jeff Vasilatos has spent his entire life involved in real estate, and as a true lifelong Chicago resident has an innate passion for our neighborhood communities.  From childhood, Jeff has seen his grandparents and relatives create a legacy for their family by buying investment properties, living in one unit and renting out the others.  They showed Jeff even at a young age that real estate is a relationship business, and ?treating others as you would want to be treated? extends not just to clients and friends, but to tenants and neighbors as well.  Jeff decided to not only build quality relationships, but to dive deep into educating himself towards his work.  He began college classes while still at Senn High School, then earned a BS in Engineering as well as a Master's Degree in Architecture from University of Illinois (UIC). Jeff has advanced knowledge as to Green & Sustainable Building as well, being LEED Certified.

Jeff's intrinsic expertise as to construction and design leads him to be a stellar choice as a real estate agent for both buyers and sellers when evaluating return on investment, cost/benefit analysis, and more.  His breadth of experience as a property owner, investor/developer, and as a Realtor since 1996 is virtually unparalleled across Chicagoland.  Jeff has also lived in and invested in virtually all corners of the city, from the north and west sides to the south side & downtown'and owned various types of properties including condominiums, multi-units and single family residences.  He currently owns/lives in East Garfield Park and services clients from first time home buyers to experienced investors across Chicago and suburbs.

Outside of his real estate pursuits, Jeff can be found running marathons literally around the globe while raising humanitarian aid funds for one of his favorite charities, World Vision International.  He's run a total of 11 marathons thus far including Rome, Tokyo, Berlin, New York, Detroit and of course Chicago (5 times in his hometown).
