Hello, I'm Jeni, a passionate real estate professional with over 27 years of experience in the dynamic Colorado market. Specializing in the Castle Rock area, I help buyers, sellers, and investors find their perfect properties across Douglas County. Whether you're searching for your first home, upgrading your space, or expanding your investment portfolio, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My approach is personal and client-centered, focused on ensuring a smooth and transparent process. With strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the local market, I’m dedicated to helping my clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Beyond my work as a realtor, I am the lead instructor at Kaplan Real Estate School in Colorado, mentoring new brokers and inspiring the next generation of real estate professionals. As a certified Buffini facilitator, I take pride in sharing strategies for growth and excellence in the industry.

When I'm not working, I cherish spending time with my family, exploring the great outdoors, and enjoying all that Castle Rock has to offer. I've also never meet a beach I haven't loved!!  :)

Let's make your real estate dreams a reality—together!
