Jenna Vikse

My name is Jenna Vikse and, I specialize in assisting buyers, sellers and investors through the Sarasota county area. The team I work with emphasizes mainly on properties in Sarasota, Venice, Siesta Key, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and surrounding areas, however, we have agents that can work in any area.

My real estate experience began back in 2010 while assisting my mom with her real estate business in Minnesota. I assisted her off and on for a few years and could have worked with her and my sisters full time, however, I decided to get my Florida Real Estate license in 2016 since I love the gulf beaches!

With a background in mortgage processing, insurance sales and working as a Project Development Assistant for a Design/ Build company, I am able to utilize my skills, knowledge and experience to help customers buy and sell property. I am committed to learning and applying new marketing strategies and other tools that will best serve my customers.

We have built relationships with local title companies and mortgage companies which make for a smooth transaction.

Growing up in Minnesota, I learned the importance of hard work, being polite, honest and providing exceptional customer service. My family and I grew up working hard, but also playing hard. We spent many hours on the lake at my parents home water skiing, snow skiing in the winters and other fun activities.

I have gone on foreign mission trips, helped the homeless in Minneapolis, was a member of Twin Cities Rotaract, participated in Adopt A Block in Bradenton, have volunteered at: church, VBS, Grace Place of Willmar, Grace Place Ninja Warrior and other events. I enjoy helping others and look forward to future opportunities to make a difference!
