I grew up right here in Western New York and I love it here! I was a stay-at-home mom to 8 beautiful children and when it came time that I could have a career, Real Estate seemed like a perfect fit to me. Allowing me to continue to be there for my family as well as serve my community. It is an honor for me to be able to take the worry and frustration out of the home buying and selling process.

Our area has experienced tremendous growth in the last few years and with such a wonderful culture, it’s no surprise that Buffalo and its surrounding area are very desirable places to live. I’m proud to call this place home. 

My background in technology as well as having listened to my mother Terri Kern negotiate deal after deal for years before I got my license, makes me feel I am uniquely qualified to assist buyers, sellers and investors.
