Jessica Garrison Borum

After finding the perfect home for her and her family, Jessica was inspired to help others find their dream home and became a licensed real estate agent in November of 2020. At the time, she was a legal assistant for local government and later left her position in 2022 to pursue real estate full-time. She now enjoys serving the community on a more personal level, successfully helping her clients relocate and achieve homeownership.

Jessica is passionate about real estate and helping her clients achieve their goals, whether that’s buying property for the first time, downsizing, investing, or simply relocating to a different area. She dedicates her time to educating the community and bringing people together through social media and local events.

While she enjoys all of the eclectic styles that South Florida has to offer, Jessica has a special knack for finding those cozy homes on spacious lots - Perfect for homesteaders and backyard farmers like herself.

Jessica is a wife and mom to three boys. Her family is her greatest achievement! It's her love for them and her fellow community members that motivates her to work hard each day. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys beach days, going to the movies, and family game nights. Some of her favorite hobbies include gardening and raising chickens in her backyard.

Jessica is also a Notary Public for the State of Florida.
