Jessica has been a REALTOR® in Northeast Florida with EXIT 1 Stop since April 2016, and has resided in Northeast Florida since 1988. Using her unique passion and aptitude for real estate, Jessica helps people achieve their personal, unique aspirations.

She has also served as an Operations Manager for a local brokerage, managed an inventory of full service properties, coordinated all functions of an AirBnB and has purchased several investment properties of her own.

Through her contemplative listening and ability to facilitate meaningful discussions, Jessica accesses her customers motivations and intentions and provides superior results. Having moved over 15 times and owned over 17 homes, Jessica understands the multitude of stressors and considerations that accompany selling/buying a home and thrives in ensuring that customers have a seamless and smooth experience.

Jessica has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1988, and serves her family of seven and humanity as a whole through volunteering at multiple organizations, leading Sunday School, and making annual trips to South Africa to support widows and orphans since 2010.

Assisting people in buying or selling homes, enriching lives , and building community are Jessica's primary interests. She also enjoys reading, teaching, walking the beach to pick up trash and having deep discussions. Further, she avidly explores her interpersonal relationships using the Enneagram personality construct.
