Jessica Socci-Seiferts passion for real estate is apparent from the moment you meet her.  She enjoys educating home-buyers and sellers and has the expertise to communicate effectively with clarity, patience and understanding.  Her extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, ability to connect with others, and keen technology skills are her strengths that help reveal all client properties to the widest possible range of qualified buyers and connect her buyers to their specific dream homes. With a Masters Degree in Education from USF and more than two decades of teaching experience at elementary, middle school, and college levels, she has obtained valuable skills which she utilizes daily in real estate negotiations.

Jessica is detail oriented, pro-active, and fun to be around.  She has lived in eastern Hillsborough County for over 40 years and has spent the past 20 of them with her husband enjoying their Riverview/Fishhawk community.  She is a very active and connected community member who regularly volunteers in local Hillsborough County schools as well as her church.  When she isnt in the office or volunteering, youll find her enjoying time with her family attending their sons baseball tournaments or boating on the gorgeous waters of Tampa Bay.
