Raised in Chesterfield and deeply connected to the Richmond area, Jon Witt has built his real estate career around relationships, communication, and local expertise. After attending Trinity Episcopal School and playing baseball at Randolph-Macon College, Jon entered real estate and has spent nearly 10 years helping clients buy, sell, invest, and navigate every stage of the market.

Today, as a broker and co-owner of EXIT First Realty, Jon combines hands on market knowledge with real world investing experience to help clients make confident decisions.
