Joseph Arnone

I was the youngest of seven children and grew up in a small town in Southern Colorado. My father was an automotive instructor at a local college and my mother was a stay-at-home mom. From an early age, they instilled in us the importance of respect for ourselves and for everyone we would meet, for that I am eternally grateful. 

 

After graduating from high school, I proceeded to college where I received a Bachelor's degree in Criminology. During my stay in college, I had taken a few Real Estate courses. I soon realized that the independence of deciding my own fate, and the reward of being part of one of the most important decisions in person's life, thrilled me. So, I pursued and received both my Real Estate brokers license and my Real Estate Appraisal license.

 

Being successful in Real Estate for over 22 years comes from my basic philosophy of listening and respect. Listen and respect what your customers are saying, provide them with exceptional and knowledgeable service and you will reach your dreams of financial independence. 

 

In 2005, I was lucky enough to meet Chris Harrison who was already with Exit Realty. After two minutes of hearing about the philosophy of Exit Realty, I signed up and became an Exit Agent. 

 

In 2010, I had the opportunity to buy an Exit Franchise. Since owning the EXIT Franchise, we have been able to accomplish many great acheivements such as #1 Market Share and Third Grossing Single Office for all of EXIT Offices across North America.  

 

In 2013, our Regional Owners decided that they wanted to retire and looked at myself and Chris Harrison to buy the Region, which we gladly accepted this opportunity. I will be forever grateful to this company for changing my life.
