Joseph Fields

Hello, my name is Joseph Fields.  I am an Associate Broker with Exit Strategy Realty.  Originally from the District of Columbia, I moved to Chicago almost twenty years ago in order to earn a graduate degree in Social Work at the University of Chicago.  This knowledge, coupled with my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Morehouse College and work experience in the Education/Public Service sector, has provided me with the valuable skills needed in effective negotiations; empowering others; and promoting the value of hard work, integrity and outstanding service on behalf of my constituency.    

As a member of the Exit Strategy Realty family, I am proud to be associated with a trusted and knowledgeable team committed to identifying each of our client s' desires and partnering with them to meet their real estate goals.  I am passionate about building relationships and creating generational wealth with my clients through home ownership and commercial real estate.  Most importantly, being a trustable, reliable resource to my constituents through rapport-building and having a focused, personalized approach in both short term and long term pursuits on their behalf is my primary sentiment of being in the real estate industry.   

Outside of tenaciously working on meeting the needs of my clients, I am a proud husband and father of two teenage sons.  In addition to being a member of the 100 Black Men of Chicago, I have been a resident of the West Roger Park neighborhood for over twenty years and have served as a coach/parent volunteer in youth basketball and football programs in Loyola Park, Rogers Park, Evanston and Skokie neighborhoods.  I look forward to making your acquaintance, thank you for considering me for your real estate needs, and appreciate the opportunity to give you the quality service and dedication you deserve!
