Joseph Taunton

I’m Joe Taunton, and I serve buyers and sellers around Lake Martin, Dadeville, Auburn, Opelika, and the surrounding areas.

Before getting into real estate, I spent more than 14 years in banking and finance, along with experience in the mortgage business. That background has been a huge help when it comes to understanding the numbers, working through problems, and helping people make sense of what can sometimes be a pretty confusing process.

I try to keep things simple. I’ll give you a straight answer, communicate with you, and do everything I can to help get the deal to the finish line. Real estate is serious business, but that doesn’t mean we have to act serious every second of the day.

Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my wife, Hope, and my son, Oliver, somewhere around Lake Martin, fishing, watching football, or enjoying whatever we have going on that day.

I’m proud to call this area home, and I’m excited to help other people find their place here too.
