Joshua O’Neal began his real estate career in 2003, following his graduation from the University of Missouri, and quickly established himself as a detail-driven professional with a talent for strategic deal-making. Earning his certification as a real estate appraiser early on laid the groundwork for the research-focused, precision‑oriented approach that continues to define his work.

Over the course of more than two decades, Joshua has established a reputation for delivering data-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on investor partnerships, infrastructure analysis, and complex transaction structuring. His philosophy is rooted in integrity, client advocacy, and a belief in the art of the deal.

In 2024, Joshua joined EXIT Realty Premier and co‑founded Rose Rock Commercial Group alongside Bo Martin, creating a robust platform for commercial brokerage and investment services. In 2025, he launched Rose Rock Property Management, expanding the firm’s capabilities to provide comprehensive oversight for residential and commercial portfolios. As head of the commercial division, Joshua leads with vision and rigor, ensuring clients benefit from actionable strategies and measurable results.
