Joyce came on board with EXIT within months of its inception and became President for Canada for EXIT in 2001.
Under Joyce's leadership in Canada, EXIT has developed real estate brokerages that have climbed to the number one position in market share as well as brokerages that have earned a ranking in Real Trends report of the top 250 Real Estate Brokerages in Canada. Joyce conducts speaking engagements and workshops across Canada for franchisees as well as business seminars that introduce the EXIT concept to real estate communities. She is the recipient of EXIT's Leader's Leader Award, Chairman's Award, Trusted Advisor Award and has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate.
Working with a strong team of Regional Owners she is spear-heading EXIT's goal of over 340 franchised offices in prosperity and 18,000 real estate professionals in Canada.
