Julie Jenkins

Julie Jenkins is the owner and Broker of Record at EXIT Realty Community with offices in Sarnia, Komoka & Petrolia Ontario. She has a passion for helping others and is committed to making a difference in her agents' lives. Julie is a strong advocate for women in business and was the founding member of Women In Networking.

Her track record for success as a leader in the community is widely recognized through the multiple nominations and awards she has received. She has racked up eight nominations and two wins at the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce's annual Outstanding Business Achievement Awards, as well as a nomination for an Ontario Premier's Award. She was also awarded EXIT Realty Corp International's Canadian Broker of the Year in 2019 and was named "Humanitarian of the Year" in 2022.

Julie takes leadership seriously and is consistently upgrading her skills. She is a Maxwell Leadership certified speaker, coach and trainer and is certified to teach & train on the DISC model of human behaviour. She is also a Buffini Certified Mentor and a Richard Robbins Leader. 

Julie has also earned acclaim by FoxFM as an Influential Woman in Business, been on the cover of First Monday Magazine as a "Woman Who Means Business", and has been a keynote speaker at an Enbridge Famous 5 speaker series event and a break-out speaker at the EXIT Realty Corp International convention in 2019. Julie has also been a presenter at EXIT Realty Corp International Broker/Owner training and at a Master Broker Summit.
