As a property owner myself with multiple income units, I am very familiar withe the pros and cons of real estate.  In addition, I have over a decade of experience as a property manager for a couple of large investors. I have handled milions of dollars in real estate investments.  As part of that role, I am also the Project Manager for several large projects, where i gained valuable experience in building construction and renovations.  I have negotiated both sales and purchases, as well as construction contracts and property maintenance agreements.

I'm a single mom of 3 wonderful sons (1 still at home). We are avid skiers in the winter, and in the summer we love camping and spending as much time at the Ocean or in the river.  I love my jobs (all property related) and can often be found working when I do not need to be. I always have a plan or something on the side.  Im currently working on a side business I'd like to start.
