I grew up in the Adirondack Region along Lake Champlain in Upstate NY.  I started in real estate by teaching myself house-flipping long before HGTV.  I served as the President of the Tidewater Real Estate Investment Group (TRIG) in Virginia Beach and proudly serve as a life-time Board Member.  I started my Realtor career with EXIT Realty in Norfolk, VA.   After a COVID-forced early retirement, I moved to Boiling Springs, SC beacuse of its proximity to Spartanburg, Greenville, and countless charming small towns, as well as mountains and lakes that give this area a similar feel to Upstate, NY.  

With the move to SC, I have talked to countless people that have relocated into the area; many with complaints about how their agents wouldn't take calls or do Zoom or Face-to-Face meetings ... text and email communication left many feeling their needs and concerns were not being addressed.  I decided to return to EXIT Realty in SC and  I am making a concerted effort to be an effective communicator with clients looking to relocate, whether locally or long distance.  I have made 17 major moves in my life and understand the stessors of the process;  my goal is to help make your move ENJOYABLE!
