My name is Kathy Myrianthopoulos. I have lived in the Royse City, Texas area since 2021.Since living in the area, I have noticed a lot of growth in Commercial and Residential housing and multi-family housing in the communities around me. Minutes away from Schools, Retail Shopping and popular grocery store chains. Let me assist you in locating "your" perfect home to fit your needs.  Obtained my Real Estate License from Champions School of Real Estate, September 2016. I hold several designations. Forced into early retirement, early part of 2021, I had been employed with a Government Contractor for several branches of the Military in Richardson, Texas for a little over 14 years. Worked with the Engineering Department, QC department. Maintained control and storage for many records that were product related. Work closely with upper Management. I would be honored to work with all buyer's and seller's (first-time home buyers, seniors, anyone who needs assistance) Let me help you find your "Co_Z_home" I am a Mimi with four children and thirteen beautiful grandchildren. I'm also a dog mom, a few mixed breeds and a few Baroo Beagles (gets to be a real symphony, so beautifully directed) I enjoy music, enjoy my morning coffee on the patio (when it's a cool morning) Watching Hummingbirds is a site to see. Looking up at the stars at night is simply the best. Sometimes you can catch a falling star or see a satellite fly over. I am very grateful to be added into the EXIT Reality-Pinnacle Group. I am currently working towards my MLO license (finished the required course work) Studying for the National Exams. Education means everything.
