Kelli Howden

Kelli moved to Fairhope in 2016 as a transplant from Tampa, FL.She has a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design which in turn lead her to start a Design business back in 1994.She has always had a love for Design, Architecture and Art. She has worked in Interior Design for many years dealing directly with clients designing homes and managing Interior Design projects for High End  Residential Design.When she moved to Fairhope and noticed that Baldwin County was booming she decided to transition to a career in Real Estate.She was also impressed with the level of professionalism that is required of Realtors and felt that it was a perfect fit with her personality  and skills; especially with wanting to help people achieve the most favorable result with their home buying or  home selling experience.Interior design and Real Estate both have similarities especially  with organization, time management and negotiation.These skills are very important when dealing with Real Estate transactions.Above all Kelli is excited to help her clients achieve their goals when they come to Exit Realty in Fairhope.

In her off time you will find her spending time with her husband, Lane, son Devin and two dogs Bella, a Brindle Boxer and Beau ,a sweet Black Lab.You may also catch her out boating on Fish River or cruising around with Lane on his Harley Davidson motorcycle or attending Car Shows.
