Kelly Ward

I’m Kelly Ward, a warm-blooded Floridian turned longtime Richmonder, and Principal Broker of EXIT First Realty, proudly serving on the Marc Austin Properties team. I’ve called the Short Pump/Glen Allen area home for over 35 years, and I have a deep appreciation for our community and a vested interest in maintaining its charm and value.

With over 14 years in the real estate industry—and a background in business ownership, office management, and client relations—I bring a relationship-driven approach rooted in smart decision-making, resource management, and a genuine commitment to helping others. I’ve seen firsthand how strong neighborhoods thrive, not just through well-kept homes, but through the connections we build and the communities we support. I’m passionate about helping clients and agents navigate the market with confidence while contributing to a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.

Beyond real estate, I’m a proud mother of three young adults and “Mom” to my Bernese Mountain Dogs, Jax and Ivy, who keep life fun and full. I enjoy time on the pickleball court, a little retail therapy, and making memories with family and friends. As Board President of my HOA, I’m dedicated to fostering connection and enhancing the quality of life in the neighborhood I’m proud to call home.
