Kevin Cormier

Kevin Cormier doesn’t just work here, he has lived here his whole life and knows this market like the back of his hand! His dad was a forty-year member of the Leominster Police Department and his mom worked as a bookkeeper at local paper mill, raising Kevin and his three siblings with the core values of hard work and community service. In 1991, Kevin was elected as the youngest member ever to serve on the Leominster City Council - a record that still stands today. He and his late husband John purchased their first home at the age of 27, and over the next several years bought and sold multiple investment properties in the area, where he learned quickly that he had a passion for real estate.

In 2014, he became a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts, and then became licensed in New Hampshire in 2021. As a real estate agent working at his prior brokerage, Kevin consistently shattered records, winning the Rookie of the Year award his first year, Most Growth award for the company in his second year, and achieving President’s Club status every year he was with the organization, placing him in the top 10% in the brokerage of over 500 agents. Kevin is a consistent top producer with the Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors®, and now REAL TRENDS AMERICA'S BEST has ranked Kevin Cormier as a top 1.5% producer in the U.S. in 2023, and number 87 of the more than 27,000 real estate agents in Massachusetts.
