Kevin Larson

Kevin has been selling real estate since 2019.  He was born and raised in the area, specifically in Blanchardville.  Kevin's parents owned and operated businesses within the area for many years.  He moved back to Monroe in 2012 and has one son, Liam, who is a groing whipper snapper.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time traveling and doing home DIY projects.  Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market using modern technology and marketing tactics to successfully help families achieve their dreams of home ownership.  He has a vast network of financing partners who can help his clients gain financing when others have not been able.  Kevin also works with sellers by bringing them complete market comparison reports to help them receive the best possible price for their property.  Prior to real estate, Kevin had a 16 year career in Law Enforcement and 20 years in the IT field.  He looks forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
