Kevin Watson

Born and raised in Richmond, VA, I have lived in the Richmond metropolitan area for over 30 years. I work on a Commercial real estate team, lead by Tim Churchwell, CCIM, that assists major and first-time sellers, buyers, investors and small businesses. In 2024, I was recognized as EXIT Realty Digital's Agent of the Year.

 

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Coaching Education. Later, I earned a master's degree from Virginia State University in Public Leadership. After serving the public as a healthcare professional and leader for over ten years, I decided to transfer my skills in analytics, educating, advocacy, and sales to the real estate industry. As a real estate professional since 2019 and former Costar Group employee, I initially served as a successful market consultant to commercial investors, buyers and sellers in various major markets around the country in states such as New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and others.

I decided to expand my reach and joined EXIT Realty Digital to fulfill my mission to help individuals and companies make informed decisions about real estate. I have always been passionate about helping and serving others. It started back in 2002 when I began advocating for individuals with disabilities and assisting my teammates as a captain for the University of North Carolina's Men's Track and Field Program. With strengths in advocacy, market analytics and strategic planning, I currently serve my clients by using my skills developed from various experiences to tirelessly help my clients.  



In my spare time, I love spending time with my kids as well as supporting various charitable causes. As a former elite-level Track and Field athlete, I love the sport and have served as a athlete, coach or business owner in the sport since 7th grade!
