I am a licensed Broker in Virginia and North Carolina, I work with Buyers and Sellers in all 7 cities of Hampton Roads ( Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News and Hampton). As Broker I not only get to provide high quality ethical service to my clients, I get to mentor and train all of the agents in our office to do the same. “Good person, nice and respectful and at first was very open and responsive with communication. Some of the issues I had that weren't resolved while staying at the property I don't think were her fault by any means but there is definitely a link in the chain somewhere that is missing sometimes. There were a multitude of things that got broken during a break in/theft and when I moved in initially there were things already broken as well that took weeks to get fixed. And some of the contractors they sent out to fix said items, like windows, etc. did a poor job at said repair. But they had another contractor that was great so it was a very hit or miss experience for the most part.”
