Kimberly's passion for real estate has been years in the making. Long before earning her REALTOR® license, she was fascinated by homes, floor plans, and architectural styles—collecting floor plan magazines and design catalogs as early as middle school and teaching herself the language of real estate.

Her personal experiences have given her a unique perspective that many clients can relate to. From purchasing her very first home out of state, to navigating the sale of her father's home through a short sale, helping him find a handicap-accessible home that met his care needs during his battle with Parkinson's disease, and later handling the sale of his home as executor of his estate, Kimberly understands that every real estate transaction represents an important chapter in someone's life. She has also experienced working with wholesalers and understands firsthand the value of professional representation throughout the buying and selling process.

Kimberly is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to serve others. She has an incredible ability to remember people's preferences, enjoys helping others find exactly what they're looking for, and has a natural talent for understanding home values, numbers, and market trends. When she sets her mind to something, she dives in wholeheartedly, learning everything she can—a quality that has already served her well throughout her real estate education and will continue to benefit her clients.
