Kristie Clark

Kristie Clark is a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Advantage serving buyers and sellers throughout Northern Utah. She earned her real estate license in September 2024 and is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS. Kristie works with both buyers and sellers in residential real estate and is known for clear communication and hands-on guidance at every stage of the transaction.

In addition to representing her own clients, Kristie also serves as a transaction coordinator for top-producing agents. This role gives her extensive behind-the-scenes experience with contracts, timelines, compliance, and transaction logistics, strengthening her ability to manage details and keep transactions moving smoothly.

After more than 30 years of relocating, Kristie has returned home and is excited to serve the communities she knows best. As the spouse of a retired service member, she brings personal relocation experience from more than 10 PCS moves and has a strong focus on military and relocation clients. Kristie provides steady, organized support to help clients feel informed and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
