Kristina Alter

Hello there! I'm Kristina Alter, a dedicated Real Estate Salesperson with a passion for fostering community growth and supporting families in the St. Peter and Mankato areas. Over the past 5 years, I've had the privilege of raising my own family in this vibrant region, contributing to and witnessing the positive changes in our communities.

My journey in the real estate industry began in 2004 when my parents started working in abstracting and real estate, and I've been a licensed salesperson since 2023. I grew up in the real estate world, and I am thrilled to specialize in assisting residential buyers and sellers in the Blue Earth County and Nicollet County area communities. I take great pride in being part of a brokerage that has been serving clients in the Midwest since 1995. Our teams at EXIT Realty - Great Plains and EXIT Realty Midwest, consisting of over 70 agents, have been privileged to work with clients in southwestern/south-central Minnesota, northwestern Iowa, and eastern South Dakota.

From local community involvement, parades, movie nights, volunteer organizations, and more, we strive to make a positive impact. Originally hailing from southwestern Minnesota, I moved to the Mankato area to pursue studies in graphic design at Minnesota State University - Mankato. Beyond my real estate career, I am deeply involved in community service. I volunteer my time with the Minnesota Valley Action Council (MVAC) as a member of the Policy Council for the Head Start program. Additionally, I proudly serve as the Parent Advocate for nine counties in southwestern MN at the Minnesota Head Start Association (MHSA). My commitment extends to working with Partners for Housing, where I assist individuals and families in local homeless shelters.

In my free time, I cherish moments with my two children, immerse myself in reading, and enjoy the energy of live music. My diverse experiences in real estate, graphic design, and community service converge to shape my holistic approach to life and work. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to guide you through your real estate journey in the Mankato area and contribute to the continued growth and well-being of our communities.
