Kyle Olson

Kyle was born and raised just south of Fort Dodge within a farming family.  Growing up on the farm, he was taught not only the fundamentals of life, but that hard work pays off.  Whether it was working in the fields of his father's farming operation, playing school sports, racing motocross or finding jobs at an early age, he always gave it his all.

 

After graduating college with a degree in business, Kyle went straight to work for Rasch Construction, running heavy equipment and learning the GPS aspects of the business.  While honing his skill-set there, seeing how structures and building sites were being built, he always had the fascination of architecture and real estate on his mind.  In the later part of 2012, Kyle began his Real Estate career.  With the ultimate goal of owning his own brokerage from day one, Kyle took the steps necessary to make that dream a possibility in early 2016.

 

Kyle is now the proud owner/broker of EXIT Realty Frontier and EXIT Country Realty.  He chose EXIT REALTY as his franchise for a number of reasons, but most importantly, for their vision of making their agents success the most important part of the business model, not just the broker.  With EXIT's extensive and cutting-edge technological services, along with an aggressive commission split towards agents, he believes it's the best company for new and existing agents to become apart of, grow, and reach their goals.

 

Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys time with his beautiful, growing family.  The father of two daughters and a son, Jaylon, Morrison, and Rhett, they keep his wife Nicole and himself pretty busy.  Kyle also enjoys many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, camping, and drag racing.  As a Championship winning rider in the NHRA Sportsman motorcycle ranks, he uses that same competitive attitude and drive towards his business.  You would be hard pressed to find a more competitive Realtor to go to work for you.
