If I texted him with questions or concerns at night or over the weekend, he always got back to me right away and never made me feel like a bother. As the open house date approached, he comforted me and assured me that everything would go well. Not only did we get many offers on the first day, including the one I accepted, but the house went for well over the price I was expecting. From the beginning of this process, I prayed that I would find a good, reliable team that would help me navigate this sad path and Larry was certainly an answer to that prayer.
