Hi — I’m Leigh Downey, REALTOR®.

From waterfront homes to lifestyle properties and residential real estate, I focus on

Before real estate, I owned and operated multiple businesses and served as Executive
Director of the Bridgewater & Area Chamber of Commerce. That experience shaped how I
work today: strategic, relationship-driven, and focused on results — with strong skills in
marketing, negotiation, and positioning.
Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and easy to work with. Selling a home can
feel overwhelming, and my role is to make the process clear, manageable, and successful —
while protecting your interests every step of the way.
I’m actively involved in leadership and committee work within the Nova Scotia Association
of REALTORS®, staying connected to market trends and industry insights that help my
clients make informed decisions.
In addition to residential and waterfront properties, I also assist clients with select
commercial real estate opportunities throughout the region.
