Leslie Nazario

Born and raised in Pueblo, Leslie has very strong ties to her community and her clients.   Hard work runs deep in Leslie’s family, and she carries that work ethic with her everyday.  Leslie opened Portraits by Leslie at the age of 19, and after 32 successful years, she’s proud to have built relationships that will last a lifetime, or more!  Three generations have trusted Leslie to capture their families precious moments!  During COVID, she decided to get her real estate license, and turn a hobby of finding, re-modeling and selling houses into a career!  For the past several years, Leslie has loved helping clients with any kind of real estate transaction!  With the market changing rapidly, Leslie works hard to keep up to date on all listings, financing options, and community information, so she can expertly assist you! Whether its buying or selling, residential, commercial or land, you will have an advocate you can trust that to get the job done, and you will gain a friend for life!

In 2002, Leslie married Louis Nazario, and they have been blessed with 3 Children: Christian, Samantha and Emelia.  Together, they enjoy spending time with family, snow skiing, wakeboarding, camping and just laughing together.

Serving her community is important to Leslie, and through the years she has been honored to serve in leadership roles in Rotary 43, Pueblo Sister Cities Commission, Broadway Theatre League, Pueblo Central High School Booster Club, Central High School Foundation, NeighborWorks and Pueble Rape Crisis Center, amongst others.  Leslie believes Pueblo is a hidden gem on the Front Range, a unique community of the nicest people, built on the hard work of the blue collar steelworkers who came here for a better life.
