Loretta Demay

           I embarked on a real estate career approximately 18 years ago.  I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but once I started, I found a whole new world.  I find working with clients in the real estate world both challenging and yet rewarding.  I am not referring to a monetary reward but rewarding in that every day I am learning new things and meeting new people, who after working with them have become good friends.  Whether a client is buying their first home, their dream home or downsizing to a senior community, I work with them to help navigate through the rapidly changing real estate market.  While the past 18 years I have been with an   independent office, we now look forward to working with the Exit Team of professionals and will be able to offer my clients all the latest technology and support while moving into the future real estate market.  No matter which client I represent, whether a buyer or seller, my motto is to go above and beyond to help make my clients real estate experience as painless and easy as possible.
